This Privacy Policy applies to Bid Avoid, a game published by AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). It applies to Bid Avoid only. Our other applications, including CrewAlert, are covered by the general AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC Privacy Policy, which describes data practices that do not apply to this app.
None. Bid Avoid collects no personal information, and no information of any kind is transmitted from your device to us.
Specifically, the app has no account system and no sign-in. It asks for no email address, no name, and no contact details. It contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party tracking of any kind. It does not request or use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not present App Tracking Transparency, because there is nothing to track. It does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. It requires no network connection and functions fully offline.
Bid Avoid saves a small amount of data locally on your device so the game works between sessions:
This data is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded, never backed up to our servers — we operate none for this app — and is not visible to us. The three-letter initials are a scoreboard convention, not an identity; the app neither asks for nor verifies who you are. Deleting the app removes all of it.
Bid Avoid occasionally shows a full-screen advertisement for one of our own apps. These are what the industry calls house ads: we are both the publisher and the advertiser, so there is no ad network involved.
No ad request is made over the network. The advertisements are images bundled inside the app itself, chosen on your device. No identifier, no profile, and no information about you is used to select which advertisement you see, and no impression, click, or other event is reported back to us. If you tap an advertisement, the App Store opens on that app's listing. At that point Apple's privacy policy governs, as it would for any App Store link.
Advertisements can be removed permanently with a one-time in-app purchase.
The Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details, your Apple Account, or any information identifying you as a purchaser. The app asks Apple whether a valid purchase exists and stores only the yes-or-no answer on your device. Apple's handling of the transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you have enabled sharing of analytics and diagnostics in your iOS settings, Apple may collect crash logs and performance data as it does for any app. This is a system-level feature controlled by you in Settings, is collected and anonymised by Apple rather than by us, and can be turned off at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose personal information, because we do not collect any. There are no service providers, no data processors, and no advertising partners associated with this app.
Bid Avoid includes a share button that lets you post an image of your final score. Sharing happens only when you tap that button, and the content goes wherever you choose to send it through the standard iOS share sheet. Nothing is shared automatically, and no copy is sent to us.
Bid Avoid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, there is nothing for a child to disclose to us through it.
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it or delete the app.
Rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability apply to personal information held by a company. We hold none for this app, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase on request. You can delete everything the app stores by deleting the app. If you have a question about this, contact us at the address below and we will answer it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. If a future version of Bid Avoid ever collects data, this policy will be updated before that version is released, not after.
